MONOLITH AVANTGARDE
Design meets technology. Years of striving for perfection in quality and application have led to the development of the Avantgarde. High-quality silicate ceramic, stainless steel fittings and details such as a glass fiber seal and LED light in the handle are evidence of our developers' extensive experience in application and production.
WHAT CAN THE NEW AVANTGARDE SERIES DO
Of all the previous innovations, it is based on the already technically advanced PRO series 2.0: stainless steel fiberglass gasket, an adapter for connecting digital control units, the incredibly versatile SGS (Smart Grid System) grill grid system and other features familiar from Monolith remain on board.
The new Avantgarde has a significantly stronger frame, which now also offers a shelf for accessories and holds the side tables. This makes the grill and frame look like a single unit.
The new satin-matt glaze, an extremely resistant mineral glaze that resists all weather conditions and acids, is also particularly sexy. It also enhances the grill with its color, which matches the stainless steel perfectly.
The wooden components also have a new look: the side tables and handle are made of "heavy bamboo", a material that is produced by carbonizing bamboo fibres and is extremely stable, resistant and also elegant in appearance and very sustainable.
Two additional LED lamps have been installed in the handle, which can be operated using a metal switch on the side of the handle. This means you can now grill comfortably in the dark without the need for an additional lamp.
No other barbecue combines aesthetics, functionality and durability like the new MONOLITH Avantgarde. The "ESS-CLASS" among the kamados.
