Vegan Berry Crumble

  • Ingredients

    Recipe for approx. 6 people

    For the crumble:

    125 g coconut oil

    125 g sugar

    1 packet vanilla pudding powder

    170 g wheat flour

    1 pinch of salt

    1 tsp water


    For the filling:

    approx. 700 g berries, mixed

    2 tbsp sugar

    1 tbsp vanilla sugar

    1 untreated lime

  • Preparation

    First, beat the coconut oil and sugar until frothy. Add the pudding powder, flour and water and knead into a dough. Chill the dough for approx. 1 hour.

    Then set the Monolith to 180°C indirect heat.

    Carefully mix the berries with the sugar, vanilla sugar, a little lime zest and the juice.

    Pour the mixture generously into several small or one large baking dish. Sprinkle the mixture on top and bake in the Monolith for approx. 25 minutes.

    Finally, decorate the crumble with the remaining berries and a little powdered sugar and serve!

    Tip:
    The berry crumble tastes perfect when it's still warm, with ice cream or cold with coffee!
