It is compatible with the MONOLITH Classic and LeChef grills. Its open-pored surface absors the moisture content of the dough, creating a crispy and airy base. For easy handling, the pizza stone can be placed directly on the grid. To achieve optimum results, we recommend using the matching deflector stone and the additional grid.
