The MONOLITH cast iron grid is an intelligent BBQ grill accessory that has been specially developed for the Smart Grid System (SGS) of the Pro 1.0 series of the MONOLITH Classic ceramic grill. The shape is semi-circular, so it takes up exactly half of the Classic's grilling surface. This gives you the option of using it together with a stainless steel grid or another cast iron grid. The MONOLITH cast iron grid is made of cast iron, which, thanks to its material properties, ensures more intensive branding on your food and therefore tasty roasted aromas.
