Here you get a deflector stone and a spacer for your Moniolith JUNIOR ceramic grill. With the deflector stone, you can effectively protect your food from the direct infrared radiation of the embers. This is particularly useful if you want to prepare fish, poultry or larger pieces of meat that need to be cooked at lower temperatures over a longer period of time. The result is always juicy and tender grilled food. The included spacer raises the optional pizza stone or grill rack to the required height.
