Clean the chicken breasts and cut into strips.
Then place the strips in a vacuum bag together with the soy sauce and ginger. Vacuum the meat and leave to marinate for a few hours (or overnight if you prefer).
Peel and chop the garlic.
Next, I heated up the Monolith.
I mixed the meat with the cornflour and seared it on the hotplate. First a little hotter so that the meat gets roasted flavors and then let it cook a little further on the outside.
Fry the garlic together with the broccoli in the WOK.
Then add the stock and cream. Season with salt and pepper and cook the broccoli until soft.
Finally, add the honey and the sautéed meat to the wok.
Serve the meat with the rice and sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
