Broccoli and honey chicken

  • Ingredients

    400 gram chicken breast fillet(s)

    2 tbsp soy sauce

    1 tsp grated ginger

    oil

    3 tbsp cornflour

    500 gram broccoli

    1 clove(s) of garlic

    150 gram broth

    50 grams cream

    2 tablespoons honey

    2 tbsp sesame seeds

    sea salt

    pepper

  • Preparation

Clean the chicken breasts and cut into strips.

Then place the strips in a vacuum bag together with the soy sauce and ginger. Vacuum the meat and leave to marinate for a few hours (or overnight if you prefer).

    Peel and chop the garlic.

Next, I heated up the Monolith.

I mixed the meat with the cornflour and seared it on the hotplate. First a little hotter so that the meat gets roasted flavors and then let it cook a little further on the outside.

Fry the garlic together with the broccoli in the WOK.

Then add the stock and cream. Season with salt and pepper and cook the broccoli until soft.

Finally, add the honey and the sautéed meat to the wok.

Serve the meat with the rice and sprinkle over the sesame seeds.

A recipe from: Thomas Geiger

My name is Tom and I discovered my passion for barbecuing about 10 years ago. When I wanted to buy a barbecue, I wondered why kettle barbecues are so expensive and why everyone buys them. I quickly realized that you can do all sorts of things with a kettle barbecue... I now have quite a large collection of barbecues (you can never have enough). I now publish my recipes on Social Mediaand on my Website. Here I would like to share my recipes with other barbecue enthusiasts. I hope you enjoy the recipes. With this in mind: Fire away!
