Returning Items
If you would like to return the items you ordered, please first send us an email with your full contact information and your order number to: service@monolith-grill.de.
In the event of a warranty claim or a damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs if the order is canceled.
