The MONOLITH Kamado is the perfect tool for this. As a full-fledged outdoor kitchen, it combines a grill, stone oven, smoker, and plancha into one system, bringing the finca kitchen experience to any location.
Founder Kai Schnaus and his team have been creating authentic culinary experiences in Mallorca for years. Through private cooking experiences, finca dinners, and culinary concepts, they introduce guests to the island’s culture, products, and stories in a particularly personal way. Together, we’ll discover why Mallorcan cuisine is so special: stripped down to the essentials, characterized by exceptional ingredients, traditional recipes, and the joy of sharing a meal together.
This collaboration is not a traditional barbecue campaign. It combines Mallorca’s culinary culture with the possibilities of modern fire-cooked cuisine. It’s about slowing down. About quality over complexity. About shared experiences rather than mere food preparation.
Together with the Mallorca Food Club, MONOLITH embarks on a culinary journey through Mallorca. The focus is on traditional recipes, regional products, the island’s stories, and the people who continue to shape its culinary culture to this day. This collaboration will yield new recipes for the MONOLITH recipe collection, exclusive spice recommendations, inspiring content about finca cuisine, and special insights into Mallorca’s culinary diversity. In addition, joint events are planned on the island. From barbecue and cooking experiences to visits to markets and producers, all the way to special culinary moments in unique finca locations, the goal is not only to tell the story of Mallorca’s cuisine but to experience it together.
