A barbecue - a way of life
Every good story needs someone to tell it with passion. Over the years, our brand ambassadors have not only become partners, but also friends - friends who carry the Monolith attitude to life within themselves and into the world. We are proud to mention a few special names from the Monolith family.

TIM MÄLZER
With the Monolith ICON, we were able to inspire Tim Mälzer for a unique partnership and - above all - grilling in a kamado! Together we developed the brand new ICON, which finally makes the ceramic grill really suitable for outings.

STEFAN MARQUARD
"I've tried a lot of things and barbecued a lot... Today I ask myself - WHY haven't I tried Monolith for a long time? Once you barbecue with Monolith, you're infected for life. There are no more experiments for me: I now know what perfection is!"

MAIK SÜSSER
Mike Süsser has been at the stove for over 30 years - and yet his enthusiasm for the world of cooking is more alive than ever. For him, cuisine is far more than just preparation - it is an expression of joie de vivre, a spirit of discovery and interpersonal interaction.
"My love of cooking grows with every year. It's a craft that inspires and connects."
What drives him? His tireless curiosity for new flavors, cultures and stories. Whether exotic flavors or traditional kitchen secrets - Mike is always looking for culinary experiences that touch you.
"I'm fascinated by how food brings people together. For me, shared moments of pleasure are the true core of my passion."
With this attitude, Mike Süsser not only brings outstanding dishes to the plate, but also people to the table - for experiences that will be remembered.

BRIAN BOJSEN
Inspired by the flavors and impressions of his worldwide travels, Brian Bojsen developed a deep passion for extraordinary culinary experiences. His culinary signature was refined in renowned establishments such as the legendary Sansibar and the exclusive Seepferdchen on Sylt - places where quality and taste have always taken center stage.
In 2014, the passionate chef and globetrotter finally realized his dream and opened his first own restaurant in Hamburg: BRIAN's STEAK & LOBSTER - a place where first-class meat and fresh lobster meet Nordic serenity and international sophistication.

STEPHAN STOHL
"My Monolith grills have been with me for what feels like an eternity. In addition to the endless possibilities for preparing meat and vegetables, I particularly appreciate the exceptional quality of the kamados and the countless accessories. With a Monolith, I can fully live out my passion for grilling and preparing high-quality food with sensational flavors."

LUTZ BÖSING
"It's different ... the monolith! An expression that fascinated me. You start working with the Monolith and realize how versatile it is and how it inspires you to discover new things. Know-how and service are attributes that are very important to me as an Executive Chef and I get them at Monolith."

MORA FÜTTERER
"For me, Monolith is unique in terms of workmanship. With its long heat storage, it makes grilling comfortable, especially in large dimensions. It is versatile and also one of the few barbecues that looks great."

SARAH HENKE - LEMBARI
"I love Korean BBQ! To get creative with these flavors, the Monolith is just the right companion!"

CHRISTOPH GRABOWSKI
"From nose to tail" is more than just a culinary trend. More and more butchers, chefs and consumers are realizing that using a slaughtered animal completely has a lot to do with responsibility and appreciation. But Christoph Grabowski, master butcher and qualified meat sommelier, goes even further: for him, appreciation becomes added value.

GÜNTER MÜLLER - THE FIRE BAKER
"You can prepare so much more than just meat and vegetables on a Monolith ceramic grill. And: it's worth it! Anyone who tries baking on the grill will quickly realize that. For me as a trained baker, there is nothing better than preparing sourdough bread, rolls, ciabatta or pastries in this way. Why?
For me, it's pure relaxation with the monolith grill. What's more, home-baked bread is something to be proud of and tastes so much better!"
