Smoking Crab

  • Ingredients

    2 crabs
    5 liters of sea water
    1 handful of Smoke Pellets Cherry

  • Preparation

    Place the crayfish in boiling water for 10 minutes. Then rinse in cold water and set aside.
    Set the Monolith Icon to 130 degrees and insert the deflector stone. Open the lids of the crayfish and place them on the grill. Place the pellets in the embers and close the lid. Smoke for approx. 20 minutes with the lid closed. Done!
