Sea bream with potatoes

  • Ingredients

    300g sea bream
    500g potatoes
    (pre-cooked for 15 minutes)
    1 tsp garlic pepper
    1 tsp chilli powder
    Fresh rosemary
    1x lemon
    50ml olive oil
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

  • Preparation

    Heat up the Monolith grill and set the rear section to indirect heat. Pre-cook the

    Carefully sear the gilthead on both sides on the grill and then place on top of the potatoes.

    Cook the Monolith Grill with the lid closed at around 160 degrees for approx. 25 minutes
    until the sea bream is cooked through.

    After the cooking time, serve the sea bream with the potatoes and garnish with
    garnish with additional lemon slices.
