Heat up the Monolith grill and set the rear section to indirect heat. Pre-cook the

Cook the Monolith Grill with the lid closed at around 160 degrees for approx. 25 minutes
until the sea bream is cooked through.
After the cooking time, serve the sea bream with the potatoes and garnish with
