Surf 'n' Turf Trøndelag style

  • Ingredients

    300 g lamb fillet
    8 scallops
    2 pepperonis
    1 lemon
    2 tbsp olive oil
    salt & pepper

  • Preparation

    Fire up the Monolith and fit the rotisserie attachment.
    Cut the lamb into bite-sized, not too small pieces and skewer them on the skewers one after the other with the mussel meat.
    Season with salt and turn on the rotisserie for 3-5 minutes over a high heat. Season the grilled skewers with olive oil and lemon juice and serve with fresh black pepper
