Snoek fillet (or alternatively king mackerel or bonito)
coarse salt
a little oil
turf
Springbok fillet
salt, pepper
vegetables
ripe tomatoes
paprika
a little olive oil
fresh basil
salt
Also
fresh oyster per person
Lemon (optional)

Fish
The snoek is grilled hot.
Dark grill marks on the outside, juicy on the inside.
Just salt! The smoke does the rest.
Meat
Grill the springbok fillet briefly and vigorously, then leave to rest.
Cut into thin slices... pink, not cooked through.
Vegetables
Roughly chop the tomatoes and peppers and grill briefly.
They should soften but retain their texture.
Finally, season with salt and a drop of olive oil.
Oyster
Serve raw.
Maybe a squeeze of lemon.
