Ingredients (mixture for 1 spice grinder)
4 tbsp coriander seeds
2 tbsp coarse sea salt (max. 3-4 mm grain size)
2 tbsp black peppercorns
1 tbsp allspice seeds
1 tbsp mustard seeds
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp dried rosemary, lightly crumbled
1-2 tsp dried chili flakes
Preparation
For the Kalahari Dust, mix all the spices together in a coarsely ground or whole mixture and then put them in a spice grinder.
Alternatively, the spice mix can also be coarsely ground in a mortar.
