Mushrooms always work, whether as a side dish or to refine a simple pasta dish. But especially when they come from the grill. Here is a wonderful recipe for a delicious mushroom pan from Julian Schmitt:
The monolith should be set to 180° C direct heat.
Take a frying pan. Put the butter in the pan and sauté the onions with the sugar.
In the meantime, stir the chopped garlic, salt, pepper and milk into the mayonnaise and leave to stand for a moment.
As soon as the onions are nice and translucent, add the mushrooms to the pan and season with the remaining salt and pepper.
Stir and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
The mushrooms go perfectly with pasta and are simply served with the mayonnaise.
Enjoy your meal!
