The competition is jointly organized by the companies Monolith Grill GmbH, Friedr. Dick GmbH & Co. KG and Wolters Rundreisen GmbH, hereinafter jointly referred to as "MONOLITH, DICK & Wolters".

The Instagram presence of MONOLITH, DICK & Wolters is intended for personal entertainment, information, education and as a communication forum. It is prohibited to use content from it, including text, image, audio or video files, for public or commercial purposes without written permission from MONOLITH, DICK & Wolters, in particular to modify, transmit, reproduce and make it publicly available.

This competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Instagram, but MONOLITH, DICK & Wolters.

The following conditions of participation apply exclusively to participation in the "MONOLITH, DICK & Wolters" competition.

2 Subject of the competition and participation

During the campaign period from 24.02.2025 (17:00) to 09.02.2025 (23:59), MONOLITH, DICK & Wolters are organizing a competition in which you can participate online via the Instagram channels of the participating companies:

A total of 4 winners will be drawn from all participants at the end of the promotion period. One winner will receive one of the following prizes:

4.2. 2x 500 € travel voucher from Wolters. The voucher conditions below apply to 4.4.

4.3. 1x Dark Nitro Santoku knife from F.Dick worth 209.00 €

4.4 Travel conditions for Wolters travel voucher

• The voucher is redeemable until 31.03.2025.
• Valid for all car and coach trips with the destination Norway from the tour operator Wolters Rundreisen and for the travel period 01.04.2025 to 31.10.2025. with a minimum value of 999 €.
• The minimum value is the total price of all travel services, excluding flex package and travel insurance.
• Bookableonline or at a travel agency - of course only by using the voucher code.
• Only one voucher can be redeemed per booking.
• The voucher cannot be redeemed on existing bookings or purchase vouchers.
• Cannot be combined with other discounts. Cash payment is not possible.

5. notification of the winners

Dispatch of prizes: The winner will be notified by private message after the campaign period and asked to provide their name (first name and surname) and postal address for the prize to be sent to them. The prize will only be sent within Germany and Austria. The prize will be sent by MONOLITH, DICK & Wolters. To avoid delivery problems, the winner can also provide their e-mail address. The winner will then be informed in parallel via this e-mail address that the prize has been sent. If the winner does not respond to the prize notification before 01.01.2026, their claim to the prize will expire without substitution.

6 Eligibility to participate

6.1 All natural persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of their participation and have their permanent residence in Germany and Austria are eligible to participate. Multiple participation is not permitted.

6.2 Employees of MONOLITH, DICK & Wolters and their relatives are excluded from participation. Furthermore, persons who use a commercial or automatic competition entry service are not eligible to participate. Participation via third parties is not permitted.

6.3 Each participant undertakes not to tamper with the competition. In the event of suspected manipulation, MONOLITH, DICK & Wolters may exclude the respective participant from the competition.

7 Cash payment, prize transfer, liability, legal recourse

7.1 Cash payment of prizes is excluded.

7.2 The prize claims are not transferable.

8 Premature termination/exclusion

8.1 MONOLITH, DICK & Wolters reserve the right to cancel, modify or terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular if proper implementation cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. In such a case, participants shall have no claims whatsoever against MONOLITH, DICK & Wolters.

8.2 MONOLITH, DICK & Wolters reserve the right to adapt these terms and conditions of participation, in particular to changes in legal and technical circumstances. The current version of the terms and conditions is available online.

8.3 MONOLITH, DICK & Wolters reserve the right to exclude participants from taking part in the competition. This applies in particular to violations of the conditions of participation or if a participant makes use of manipulation. The exclusion can also be pronounced retrospectively.

In the event of exclusion, prizes may be forfeited.

The protection of your data is important to us. You do not need to register to take part in the competition. MONOLITH, DICK & Wolters will write to the winners in a private message after the end of the campaign period and ask them to send their name (first name and surname), postal address and, if requested, their e-mail address for better coordination of delivery of the prizes. All personal data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the statutory provisions. In particular, all personal data will not be used for advertising purposes and will not be passed on to third parties. Of course, you can revoke your consent to the use of your data at any time, in whole or in part, with effect for the future, by simply sending an e-mail to MONOLITH, DICK & Wolters at [contact address]. We will then delete your data immediately. Further participation in the competition or, if applicable, the sending of a prize will then, of course, no longer be possible.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON DATA COLLECTION BY Instagram

The participant agrees to the terms of use of the MONOLITH, DICK & Wolters application and those of the social network Instagram in order to be able to use its respective functions, such as the "Follow" and "Like" functions and the comment functions. If the participant uses the social media functions "Follow" or "Like" within the applications, the information that they "share" is transmitted directly from the application to an Instagram server in the USA and stored there. Instagram may collect the user's IP address again.

The "Like" information is also published in the participant's profile on Instagram and displayed to his/her Instagram friends in accordance with his/her personal settings and restrictions.

Instagram is generally authorized to use the "Like" information of its users for market research, advertising and demand-oriented design of the Instagram pages. For this purpose, Instagram generates interest, usage and relationship profiles, e.g. to evaluate the application and use of the application. Among other things, this can be done with regard to the advertisements that are displayed to users on Instagram.

If the participant does not want Instagram to use the data collected via social media for the above-mentioned purposes and assign it to their Instagram account, they may not use this function. If the participant does not interact with the profile or the post, Instagram only receives the information that he/she has accessed the application and can only assign the visit directly to his/her Instagram account.
