The two-piece MONOLITH .55 (CLASSIC) grill grate set gives you greater flexibility when grilling. You can either use just one half of the grid to extend your grilling area, or both grids to double your grilling area. This is particularly useful if you have a large number of guests, as you have enough space to cook your food. Using the second level is ideal, especially if you want to cook at low temperatures over a longer period of time. The two grid sections are easy to position on the lower grid thanks to the 12 cm high feet with special shaping. If you use the optional divisible charcoal basket and the two-part deflector stone, you can set up different temperature zones on the grill and make optimum use of them.
