It is compatible with the MONOLITH Classic and LeChef grills. Its open-pored surface absorbs the moisture content of the dough, creating a crispy and airy base. The pizza stone can be placed directly on the grill rack for easy handling. To achieve optimum results, we recommend using the matching deflector stone and the additional grid.
