All you have to do is replace the inside of your grill above the firebox and you have all the advantages of the new system. It offers maximum flexibility when grilling by allowing you to divide the grilling surface in two with semi-circular accessories and thus use it in different ways. From the heat deflector, to the fat tray, to the grill grate, which can be hung at different heights, you have complete control. Simply grill directly over the charcoal on one side, while you use the other area indirectly with a heat deflector and a fat tray. The complete system has specially designed handles to make it quick and easy to remove and insert. Simply hook it onto the frame and start grilling!
