The 170 mm chrome-plated steel blade ensures precise, even cuts for cold cuts, cheese and smaller foods. Thanks to the powerful 0.19 kW motor, performance remains consistently high even with firmer products. The cutting thickness can be flexibly adjusted from very fine to 18 mm, allowing each slice to be individually adjusted and reducing waste. For comfortable handling, the machine has an inclined cutting table that guides the product to be cut towards the blade by gravity. The adjustable and removable carriage also makes operation easier. The option of placing a plate or cutting board directly on the machine is particularly practical, so that the sliced food can be served immediately. Cleaning is also straightforward: Large, easily accessible surfaces and a tilting plate allow for quick cleaning. The blade guard made of food-safe aluminum can be easily removed thanks to the quick-release fastener, which makes cleaning even easier. Safety is also taken care of. A CE safety function prevents the blade from opening during cleaning, while the integrated STOP function stops the blade movement immediately if necessary. Ergonomically positioned operating elements and an all-round blade guard ensure safe and comfortable use. The sturdy aluminum alloy frame and non-slip feet ensure a secure stand.
