We’re looking for a dedicated team member to join our MONOLITH marketing team—someone who’s passionate about premium barbecue, strong brand communication, and digital trends. Asthe #1 ceramic brand in Germany’s specialty barbecue retail sectorand a growing brand in Europe, we offer you a diverse marketing and business environment with an international focus. 

In this role, you’ll support the marketing team in day-to-day operations, work on your own projects, and gain insights into the diverse marketing areas of a premium brand within the SME sector. 

Your Responsibilities and Insights 

• Supporting the marketing team with operational and conceptual tasks in day-to-day business 
• Drafting copy, social media posts, campaign content, and communication materials 
• Implementing international marketing initiatives and assisting with cross-border projects 
• Researching competitor campaigns, social media trends, and topics related to cuisine, BBQ, and lifestyle 
• Contributing to brand, social media, campaign, email, and performance marketing 
• Supporting partnership and influencer marketing with top influencers, TV chefs, and brand partners 
• Gain insights into press relations with renowned media outlets and trade marketing with leading partners in the European barbecue retail sector 
• Support with event management, as well as the planning and execution of photo and video shoots 
• Insights into contract management with collaboration partners 
• Independent implementation of your first projects

Your Profile 

• A degree in marketing, communications, media, or business—or a comparable qualification 
• Interest in culinary arts, premium barbecue, brand experiences, and international marketing 
• An affinity for social media, brand marketing, storytelling, and strategic communication 
• Proficiency with digital media and applications such as MS Office and AI tools 
• Very good German and English skills; knowledge of other languages is a plus 
• Initiative, curiosity, and a desire to actively contribute 

GeneralConditions 

• Part-time student position with up to 20 hours per week 
• At least 1 day per week on-site in Osnabrück 
• Additional hours can be worked flexibly from home or remotely after successful onboarding
