The MONOLITH cast iron grid is an intelligent BBQ grill accessory that has been specially developed for the Smart Grid System (SGS) of the Pro 1.0 series of the MONOLITH.55 (CLASSIC) ceramic grill. The shape is semi-circular so that it takes up exactly half of the grilling surface of the .55 (CLASSIC). This gives you the option of using it together with a stainless steel grid or another cast iron grid. The MONOLITH cast iron grid is made of cast iron, which, thanks to its material properties, ensures a more intensive branding on your food and therefore tasty roasting aromas.
